- Two-day on-site Needs Assessment

Implementation Guide, which is a report of approximately 20 to 25 pages, divided into Operations, Staffing, Marketing, Coaching, Selling, Company Leadership, and your company’s Most Pressing Needs. This report will consequently become the company’s Master Project List, Top 30 and a Top Five #1 and #2 project list.
- Remote follow-up by telephone and email for the debriefing and arriving at a Priority Project Planner for 60 days after the conclusion of the visit.

STEP TWO: Planning Power! Remote Consulting*
Weekly one-hour telephone consultation
*Note: Only available upon the completion of Planning Power! two-day Consultation.
- A scheduled, weekly, one-hour remote consultation via telephone with Senior Management.
- The focus will be on the progress of the Priority Project Planner created from the original Planning Power! Needs Assessment report.
- The focus is on improving Operations, Staffing, Marketing, Coaching, Selling, Company Leadership, and your company’s Most Pressing Needs.
- If desired, Al will provide help with individual challenges.
- Email support between remote consults.

THREE: Operating Power!
Customizing Operating Power! Manuals with
Two-Day Consultation
- Two-day, on-site visit to guide the process of data collection, meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Create a customized version of the Al’s highly regarded Operating Power! Manual that will become your company’s Operations Manual.
- The contents of your Manual will be created in a modular format, in Microsoft Word, so that it may easily be swept from Operating Power! into other critical written resources, such as your company’s training curriculum
- A master copy of your Customized Operating Power! Manual will be provided so that the company will be able to update and edit this master file in the future, without further compensation.
- Remote follow-up by telephone and email for 90 days after the visit.

- Spend two-days on-site to work with Senior Management to create the Your Company’s Training Curriculum for Apprentice to Junior Tech, Junior Tech to Senior Tech and Senior Tech to Field Supervisor.
- This product takes advantage of the client’s creation of a dedicated training center and the Customized Operating Power! operations manual, and also focuses on techniques tp make managers and supervisors more effective trainers.

- Two-day on-site shop visit to guide the process for data collections, meetings, agendasand follow-ups.
- This product takes advantage of the client's creation of the training center, customized operations manuals, and training curriculum, and is focused on the techniques that make the techs better salespeople.
- Create a customized version of the Sales Power! Manual that will become the company's own Sales Power! Manual. The data will be created in a modular format, so that it may easily be swept into other critical written resources, such your company's training curriculum.
- One master copy of the Customized Sales Power! Manual will be provided so that the company will be able to update and edit this master file in the future, without further compensation.
