Why is running a commercial, residential service and install business so hard? Why can't employees do what I need them to do? After all, it's just common sense…isn't it?

Truth is I love being in business. It fulfills a need that I have to bring to reality dreams of great service and being the best place for my employees to work. I'm excited to design solution to the problem and acting on these solutions. All great stuff until I'm faced with the frustrations of day to day business.

When I first spoke with Al, I wasn't sure that what Al has done with other contractors would fit my company which is primarily a commercial service and install company that also does residential service and install. I was pleasantly surprised in both our first step together called Planning Power and our second step called Customizing Operating Power to learn that Al has done commercial, industrial, and residential work and has an incredible grasp of the inner works, trials and tribulations we owners face every day.

My company is so much more under control these days just since Al’s first visit here to do Planning Power! We not only know what to do, but we’re doing it!

Right from the get-go, Al helped us assess our priority projects that needed to be worked on. We assembled the top five of those projects, and after less than a year of working with Al, changes are being made that have helped us leap forward to become a better run, better-managed company–and on top of that, a profitable company.
